Fill and Sign: If your form has the fillable field, then Fill and Sign won't work. If you have access to PDFPack, you have to log in with your Adobe ID and password to Reader DC, and you should be able to sign 'Sign In' option at the top right corner of the app. This allows you to apply different signatures throughout the document. To Save a Copy, do a SaveAs then open the copy you just saved. Adobe Reader, signature options: Sign PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Then reopen the document you were working on and you should be able to create a new signature. You will see the 'sign in' option in the top righthand corner where your profile tab was located. If you want to avoid the signature staying in memory the next time that you're trying to apply an electronic signature, untick "Save Signature", found in the bottom left corner of the signature dialogue box. Once you are fully signed out, close the application. This will eliminate the issue of your signature kept in memory and associated with that document.
